Our Story
Caleb runs his own Airbnb in Perth and holds Superhost status on it. Your listing gets built the same way he built his own — the copy, the pricing, the guest messaging — and he handles all of it, plus your monthly reporting. He splits his year roughly evenly between Perth and Marrakech, so he is on the ground here for a good part of it. Hajar is from Marrakech and does the part that cannot be done remotely: property walkthroughs, key handovers, cleaners, tradespeople, and dealing with the local paperwork that comes with letting a property here legally. Atlas Host Co is registered in Morocco and invoices properly. Between Perth and Marrakech, one of us is awake for your guests almost around the clock.
